This is the second year in a row that all 290 municipalities in the country are listed based on four criteria: whether there is consumer guidance, budget and debt advice, food controls and how easy it is to withdraw cash.
Kinda has a three-week waiting period for budget and debt advice - a deterioration of one week compared to last year.
The municipality is placed as number 288 in the ranking.
Only Tingsryd and Grums end up further down.
