It is about large-scale drug sales.

The 20-year-old is suspected of having handled just over a kilo of amphetamine, 800 grams of cannabis, just over 100 grams of cocaine and some drug-classified medicines.

Advertising via sms

The 20-year-old is said to have marketed his goods through mass mailings via text message to his customers.

At most, there were 42 possible buyers on the mailing list.

For example, they could receive messages such as "There is brown and sick green".

The police investigation shows that the man had a drug hideout in a bicycle storage near his home.

Cash and mobiles

During the house search of the 20-year-old, the police have seized 23 mobile phones that are believed to have been used in the man's drug stores.

They also found a lot of cash.

166,735 kroner, and 24,000 Norwegian kroner, the prosecutor demands to be seized because they are considered income from criminal activity.

Convicted several times

The indictment covers crimes that lasted for two years, between 2017 and 2019. Sundsvallsbon was thus only 17 years old when the first of the suspected crimes was committed.

The 20-year-old is now charged with a felony drug offense.

Despite his young age, this is not the first time he has been suspected of this type of crime.

Already when he was fifteen, the first charges against him appeared.

As recently as April this year, he was sentenced by the Court of Appeal to two years in prison for a serious drug offense.

The crimes were committed after or during the same time as those for which he is now charged.

Buyers are prosecuted

The other six in the coffin are charged with drug offenses of the normal degree because they are suspected of having bought or transported small quantities of drugs.

Two are residents of Härnösand, two in Sundsvall, one in Stockholm and one in Uppsala.
