China announces that the 100 occupations with the most shortage of jobs in the third quarter are in high demand for manufacturing talents

China News Service, Beijing, October 23 (Reporter Liang Xiaohui) China released the ranking of the 100 jobs with the "most lack of jobs" in the third quarter.

The ranking shows that China's manufacturing industry has recovered significantly, the demand for talents is strong, and the resumption of schools has increased the teacher gap.

China regularly publishes the rankings of jobless occupations to provide scientific guidance on the job market.

In the ranking of the third quarter, marketers, cleaners, restaurant waiters, security guards, merchandise salespersons, housekeeping waiters, customer service managers, real estate agents, couriers, and car workers ranked in the top ten.

Compared with the second quarter, this ranking has the following characteristics:

First, the number of recruiting demand and the number of job applicants has been “decreased” month-on-month. The number of job applicants has declined more significantly, leading to an increase in the number of gaps, and the supply-demand relationship is still tight. Supply and demand have returned to normal, but the relationship between supply and demand for the 100 "most lacking jobs" is still tight.

Second, the manufacturing industry has recovered significantly and the demand for talents is strong; the resumption of schools has brought about an increase in the teacher gap.

Among the 28 new occupations in the ranking, 19 are directly related to the manufacturing industry, accounting for 67.9%, such as "instrument and meter manufacturing", "vacuum electronic device parts manufacturing and assembly and adjustment", "metal material engineering and technical personnel", and "automotive zero Parts remanufacturers" etc.; among the 15 occupations with increasing shortages, 5 occupations are directly related to manufacturing, accounting for 30%, such as "milling", "assembly fitter" and "tool fitter".

With the advent of the school season of primary and secondary schools, "middle school education teachers" and "primary education teachers" also entered the rankings for the first time.

Third, the degree of job shortage related to epidemic prevention and control has been significantly eased.

In addition, among the “top ten” occupations, “housekeeping attendants”, “customer service administrators” and “real estate agents” entered the top ten in this issue, and “welders”, “marketing professionals” and “packers” exited the “top ten”.
