Earlier, Bykov's lawyer announced his re-arrest.

On October 22, a court in Krasnoyarsk transferred Bykov to house arrest.

At the end of August, it was reported that Bykov had become a defendant in the murder case in 2004.

The businessman was also charged with leading a criminal community and organizing a double murder in 1994.
