She added that it was proven from the ruling issued by the misdemeanor court that the son of the defendant under his jurisdiction had infringed the son of the plaintiff covered by her guardianship, and the court ended his conviction and his guilt and error requiring compensation, as that judgment became final, and that no appeal was made against him.

She stated that the compensation owed to the plaintiff, as a guardian of her son, the court estimated at 50 thousand dirhams in material compensation and 20 thousand dirhams moral compensation, thus the court obliges the defendant, in his capacity as the natural guardian for his son, to pay the plaintiff 70 thousand dirhams in compensation for the material damages suffered by her son And moral, and obligated him to pay expenses and attorney fees.
