The Moscow City Court has restored parental rights to the 43-year-old mother of many children, Natalya Tsuprik, from whom the guardianship authorities took four children two years ago. The reason for the seizure was inadequate living conditions. The woman's apartment burned down, however, due to lack of funds, she could not quickly make major repairs. As a result, the children of Tsuprik were placed in a social center, where, according to them, they were brutally bullied. Now on this fact, the UK is conducting a pre-investigation check.
