The incident took place the night before.
The substance was sprayed at McDonald's fast food restaurant, Pizza Hut pizzeria and Tesco supermarket.
Law enforcement agencies emphasized that one of the victims eventually required hospitalization, the rest of the assistance was provided on the spot.
The police are investigating the circumstances of the incident.
Earlier it was reported that as a result of the attack on the shopping center in Berlin, 11 people were injured.
