Opposition councilor Anders Tallgren (S) writes in a press release that it feels doubtful to sign an agreement on a representation lodge in corona times when the lodge can hardly be used.

He also writes that this decision comes at the same time as the board recently announced that they intend to say no to an agreement with Karlstad Football with the motive that they do not sign marketing agreements right now.

Tallgren calls the whole thing unserious and inconsistent action by the blue-green minority government.

Per-Inge Lidén (MP) is chairman of Karlstad Stadshus AB, where the decision was made today.

- We have had an agreement with Färjestad about this lodge for 20 years and think that the lodge can be used even in these times, even though we may be fewer there right now.

It feels good to be able to talk to people in this context that the lodge provides and we have a sun on the lodge that markets Karlstad.

We see no reason to terminate this agreement at this time.

We are looking for Anders Tallgren for further comments.
