The school year at school # 21 in Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk began with an atypical situation - third-graders with their parents came out to the school with posters.

According to adults, this was the only way to protect children from a classmate who has been hitting and insulting students and teachers for several years.

On September 3, Evgenia (name has been changed -

) took her daughter to the 3rd "E" class.

At the school gates, surrounded by "a crowd of journalists and police" (as Yevgenia herself describes), there were several classmates of her child and their parents.

In their hands the children were holding hand-drawn posters: "I'm scared to go to school", "I don't want to see my classmates being strangled and beaten."

As it turned out, the day before, third-grader Vladimir Chernov (name has been changed -

) attacked another student during the lesson.

“Volodya threw himself at him, yelled, strangled, jumped.

All this right in the classroom.

The class teacher tried to calm him down, called the director, the head teacher.

But they didn’t succeed either, ”Evgenia quotes her daughter's story.

It was possible to calm Chernov, according to Evgenia, only after his mother was summoned to school - she "could hardly drag him away."

The law enforcement structures of the city became interested in the action of the parents against the student, and now the organizers face administrative responsibility.

The protocols were drawn up for nine parents.

Anna Ermakova is considered "the organizer of an unauthorized meeting with the participation of minors."

She has already been scheduled for a hearing.

According to Lyudmila Kuritsyna, the mother of one of the third-graders, administrative protocols were drawn up against her and seven other parents who came out with placards with their children under the article "improper performance of parental duties."

The protesters managed to achieve their goal of transferring the aggressive child to home schooling.

But history has revealed a deeper problem: the impossibility of resolving such conflicts either by the school or by the parent community.

According to Anna Yermakova, in reality there was no rally, there was “a meeting with journalists and the administration”.

Otherwise, the parents would not have been heard, the activist believes, noting that Vova Chernov has been known in the 200,000-seat Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk for several years (“since kindergarten”) and far beyond the boundaries of his native school.

According to Anna, the boy's deviant behavior and problems in communicating with peers appeared long ago.

This is confirmed by numerous requests from parents.

“There are 30 children in our class, there are both calm and mischievous, but the behavior of Vova Chernov immediately shocked both children and parents.

The child behaved aggressively towards classmates and teachers, "says one of the collective complaints of parents, which RT got acquainted with.

In a one-minute video recorded during the lesson (available to RT), the teacher asks the class a question: "What weather phenomena do we know?"

In response, Volodya shouts from the back of the school desk: “Boobs!

Pussy! "

After that, the boy gets up and begins to beat his classmates, first with a textbook, then with a briefcase and a mop.

“Without taking into account hooliganism, fights with classmates and assault on the teacher, the child daily disrupts lessons, uses profanity in communication with classmates and the teaching staff, insults children and adults, humiliated a classmate by removing his pants and panties in the whole class , regularly spoils the school supplies of children, taking away their personal belongings, says the collective appeal of the parents.

Evgenia, the mother of one of the students, directly encountered the latter.

“Volodya showed everyone in the class what porn films are,” she told RT.

- My daughter's perception of sex life is now completely distorted, and I don't know how to fix it.

She watched it for a whole week at Volodya's suggestion, and even managed to show her younger brother. "

Teachers also complain about Volodya.

According to the recollections of the parents, because of Volodya, the teacher “cried after each lesson” and, “could not bear it all,” quit her job.

At the same time, the boy studies surprisingly well, with fours, in some subjects even better than the rest of the guys, the parents with whom RT talked notice.

Initially, Evgenia recalls, they tried to treat Volodya's quirks with understanding.

“They told their children that he was just special, asked not to offend him, to be friends with him,” she recalls.

But, realizing that the conflict between the children could not be resolved "in an amicable way," they tried to talk to the boy's family.

"In a socially dangerous position"

As RT was told in the Department of Education of Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk, Chernov is brought up in an incomplete family - a mother.

Little is known about the child's father: according to the parents of the students, the mother "raised Volodya alone from an early age."

As the teachers said, in the correspondence with them, the woman said that "the father was buried."

“The family is the most ordinary, simple single mother.

Bringing to justice, serving sentences - there is no such thing, ”says a RT source in the law enforcement agencies of the Sakhalin Region.

According to the information department of the agency for the development of the city of Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk, the family was put on a preventive record at the city administration of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

“At the moment my mother does not work, she previously worked as a security guard in a private security company.

Since August 2020, she is a pensioner.

The family is in the city bank of families in a socially dangerous situation, ”the department said.

RT failed to contact the mother of Vladimir Chernov.

According to the parents, after Volodya's transfer to home schooling, she retired from all class groups and chats.

“During the first year we tried to ask her to show the child to the doctor, to influence the situation.

To which the mother always refused, she said that nothing terrible, in her opinion, was happening, ”says Anna Ermakova.

“The mother, just like the child, behaves aggressively, in correspondence she uses obscenities between parents and teachers,” the parents say.

Last year, the woman allegedly got into a fight with a classmate's mom.

“There was a conflict between our children: her son threw rubble in my face.

I called her and asked to explain.

She offered to come up with Volodya to my yard and talk, - says the victim, Lyudmila Kuritsyna.

- When we met, she, as it seemed to me, was drunk - by her behavior it was clear that there was a strong smell of fumes.

She started talking aggressively with me and my child, poking her finger at him, calling him "creature".

Threats rained down.

I stood between her and my son, tried to take her hand away so that she would not touch my child, and then she hit me.

It all happened in broad daylight, on a playground filled with children.

And for the next two days she terrorized me with drunk messages. "

Kuritsyna turned to the district police officer and wrote a statement against Volodya's mother.

The woman was prosecuted for hooliganism and fined 500 rubles.

According to Kuritsyna and Ermakova, last academic year Volodya's mother even got a job as a security guard in the same school where her son studies.

But she worked for about a month, and then simply did not come out without explanation, the women say.

The Department of Education of the Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk administration did not respond to RT's question about the reasons for the termination of labor relations with the mother of Vladimir Chernov by the school.

"They don't hear it differently"

According to Anna Ermakova and other parents, "the number of complaints and appeals to the school, guardianship, police and the Department of Education in the aggregate is in the tens."

In response, they said, they received "only formal replies."

Last year, a social teacher communicated with the students, who gave recommendations on how to behave correctly when communicating with Volodya: “Don't look him in the eyes, don't react if he hurts, even if he hits him.”

In the second grade, the parents “were completely exhausted” and turned to the regional media.

On the same day, the Department of Education called an "emergency parent meeting," says Anna Ermakova.

As a result, Volodya was sent to full-time distance learning.

The boy came to school twice a week and was accompanied by his mother.

Under her, Vladimir was “the perfect child,” parents recall.

But from September 1, 2020, Volodya again began to go to school on a daily basis without a mother and again interfered with the rest of the children and teachers.

Parents 3 "E" no longer rely on the school leadership and the city administration.

“We agreed to write a collective statement about transferring our children to home schooling, since Volodya cannot be transferred to it,” says Kuritsyna.

The parents, as in the previous school year, contacted the media and invited their representatives to a meeting near the school.

Apparently, this provoked a conflict with the administration.

"We were deceived!"

According to the parents, the school, having learned about their intentions, began to try to prevent them in every possible way.

On the morning of September 3, an announcement about an unscheduled parent-teacher meeting at school regarding the situation with Volodya, scheduled for the same day and the same time as the meeting with journalists, appeared in the classroom chat.

Then, in the morning, the parents were informed that the decision to transfer the boy to home schooling had allegedly been made.

“But what is a WhatsApp message and how powerful is it?

We needed confirmation, an order, ”activists explain today.

“And when we were invited to the meeting, the class teacher received a threat from the school administration that she would be fired if we did not stop the noise in the media,” adds Anna Ermakova.

Despite the pressure, about half of the students in the class with their parents gathered at the gate at the appointed time.

During a meeting with reporters, the school management suggested that parents move to the assembly hall for a meeting.

They agreed, but on the condition that the press followed with them, says Ermakova.

At the meeting, the parents were informed that the order to transfer Chernov was already ready.

“I got up and asked where he was.

But the director replied that there was no order yet, and they went to do it, right in front of us, during the meeting, that is, and not at all in the morning.

It turns out that we were deceived! "

"The most ordinary" family

Sakhalin officials have their own views on the situation with Volodya Chernov.

According to Leonid Tamonov, Deputy Director of the Department of Education of Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk, there was "dislike" towards the boy's mother from the other parents.

“Parents at the parent meeting in the 2nd grade voiced facts that were not supported by anything.

Mom just got into a difficult life situation, she was always willing to contact the school administration.

I followed the recommendations of the school and specialists of the Department of Education.

According to the social teacher, when the child was in 2nd grade, the mother verbally apologized to the parents for the behavior of her son, but the parental community of the class did not accept these apologies, ”Tamonov told RT.

Parents, however, deny this.

Also, according to Tamonov, Volodya Chernov was not always the initiator.

“More often the children provoked him into a conflict,” the official says.

“Specialists of the guardianship and guardianship authorities, on the initiative of the school administration, accompany Volodya's family, visit the place of residence, control the living conditions of the child, the mother was given explanations about the provision of advice from the specialists of the preventive system.

Nevertheless, the official herself admits that the situation in 3 "E" is out of control.

“Aggression by a child is always a symptom.

And the situation when the parents of other children come out with this problem to the public suggests that such aggression is already beginning to control not only the child's family, but also the class and school schedule.

Therefore, Vladimir's mother, of course, needs to understand the seriousness of the situation and follow the recommendations of professionals, ”says Kashirina.

“The law enforcement officers have no interest in returning Volodya to school.

Inspectors for juvenile affairs have long been interested and have long been pushing all the thresholds to transfer a child to special education.

A series of checks

As a result of the protest, Chernov's mother was persuaded to write a statement about transferring her son to home education.

The corresponding order was still issued.

But the parents' troubles did not end there.

In the media and social networks, the release of schoolchildren with posters was called a "spontaneous rally".

During the meeting, someone (presumably the administration) called the police to the school.

And the very next day, officers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk began an inspection at the school.

“Parents were called, informed about the interrogation of children, but they did not take any written consent.

Many children were very afraid, did not want to go, some even cried.

The police visited families very late in the day, around 10pm.

In one of these late rounds, the child was interrogated when the mother was not at home, only in the presence of the grandmother, although she is not a legal representative, ”says Anna Ermakova.

The city Ministry of Internal Affairs denies this.

"Two children were interviewed, with parental consent and in the presence of a teacher, that is, in an absolutely legal manner," the press service of the department told RT.

Administrative protocols were drawn up for parent activists.

Moreover, according to Lyudmila Kuritsyna, a protocol was drawn up even for one of the mothers, who "was not at the gate, she just came to the meeting itself."

Ermakova and other parents have already found a lawyer and intend to defend their case in court.

The regional prosecutor's office also joined in the story of Vladimir Chernov and his classmates.

Since the beginning of September, the department has been checking "the observance of the rights of minors during an administrative investigation."

"Uncharacteristic for his age"

According to the Deputy Director of the Department of Education Leonid Tamonov, in 2019 Chernov, at the request of his mother, underwent psychological and pedagogical correction and counseling at the Center for Psychological and Pedagogical Assistance to Family and Children.

Four sessions were held.

“But for such a child it’s very little, practically nothing!

During this time, even a trusting relationship with a psychologist, most likely, did not arise.

You need to work with him for at least a year, ”says psychologist Olga Osipova.

In her opinion, Volodya's behavior is most likely due to serious problems in the family.

“This sexualized behavior is not typical for his age.

To demonstrate such behavior, he must see it somewhere, ”the psychologist believes.

The specialist admits that violence, including sexual violence, can occur in the family.

If the mother really drinks, Osipova continues, then there is no authority for the child, there are no models, he has nothing to be guided by.

“Such a parent can both praise and scold for the same behavior,” explains the psychologist.

According to Osipova, Volodya must be shown to a child psychoneurologist.

Otherwise, the boy's current problems may "result in personality disorders, including borderline personality disorders."

There are no legal ways to resolve such situations with the maximum consideration of the interests of both problem children and their classmates, lawyer Alexander Knyazev believes.

“In accordance with Art.

34 of the Federal Law "On Education", the choice of the form of education and educational organization is the student's right.

Until the age of 15, no one has the right to change it without the consent of a parent or legal representative, ”the lawyer explained in a conversation with RT.

The same applies, he said, and psychological and psychiatric care.

"Without the consent of a parent or guardian, no one has the right to send a child to a psychological, medical and pedagogical commission or to any specialist - a psychologist, a psychiatrist," Knyazev concludes.

As a result of the prosecutor's check, violations were revealed by the administration of school No. 21 and the education departments of Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk.
