US President Donald Trump interrupted Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden 71 times in the 90-minute first debate.

Biden, for his part, interrupted Trump 22 times.

- The debate was described as a total failure, says SVT's reporter Carina Bergfeldt, on location in Arizona in the USA, in Morgonstudion.

In an attempt to get Thursday's last debate before the election to be a little more tidy, the rules are now changed.

Both candidates will be allowed to speak continuously for two minutes at the beginning of each topic.

- Then you will bribe the other person and then they will be able to interrupt each other the best they want again, says Carina Bergfeldt.
