Business is booming, but problems such as cross-door operations, littering of garbage, and oily smoke disturbing the people have also begun to appear, which has seriously damaged the neighborhood environment.
The first thing that comes to mind in the streets is centralized renovation.
Urban management, green capacity, market supervision and other departments have gone into battle, renovated a number of store signs, cleared a number of illegal light boxes, dredged a number of sewage pipes, and added a number of green plants. The hardware environment is looking good, but For long-term governance, this is not the end.
"To completely improve the quality of the block, it is not only necessary to repair and reform the hardware, but also to guide businesses to participate in the process of social governance to achieve shared governance and sharing," said Qian Xiaoli, secretary of the Party Working Committee of Yichuan Road Street.

Every Friday, merchant volunteers put on volunteer clothing, walked out of the store, walked into the block, and done the "three guarantees" in front of the door, while also helping to sort out shared bicycles and clean up road garbage.

More than 100 large and small businesses that produce fresh water, catering and groceries, and food processing have affected the lives of surrounding residents. "It is too dirty and too noisy, and they dare not leave on rainy days."
The street made up its mind to demolish 58 signboards of illegal shops, demolish 37 illegally constructed shops, and shut down 20 shops for rectification after two months.
