He touched on the proposed general framework to deal with these challenges, which will focus on developing legislation, policies and programs related to Emiratization and the labor market, which contribute to the employment of job seekers and recent graduates, in addition to enabling job opportunities in the private sector and promoting a culture of innovative work patterns, as well as reviewing The economic sectors targeted for Emiratisation, aligning graduate specializations and skills with the requirements of the labor market, as well as building a unified database for workers, job seekers and recent graduates.

During the meeting, the Council reviewed a proposal for a framework for government higher education institutions, aimed at giving them flexibility to manage their academic systems and programs, and to ensure effective management in them, based on international best practices in the frameworks of higher education institutions, taking into account societal changes and rapid technological developments.

The proposed framework aims to enhance the quality of education outcomes, improve the performance of higher education institutions in the country, enable them to compete globally, and stimulate scientific research and development.
