30 thousand dirhams violating "private lessons" in light of "Covid-19"

The Federal Public Prosecution has warned against practicing private lessons through a personal meeting, as a fine of 30,000 dirhams is imposed for the person in charge of providing, organizing, or mediating them, and 20 thousand dirhams for the person in charge of private places, who allowed to provide or organize them.

The Public Prosecution published, through its official account on the "Twitter" site, an awareness-raising post about violations of private teaching (private lessons), in light of the spread of "Covid-19" disease.

It stated that, according to the "updated" schedule of violations and fines issued by the State Attorney General Decision No. (38) of 2020 and its amendments, the violation of the practice of private teaching activity (private lessons) by submitting it through direct contact (personal meeting) in public or private places or home visits For all educational stages, for all educational levels, or allowing them to be introduced, organized, or mediated, they are 30 thousand dirhams for the one who provides, organizes, or mediates them, and 20 thousand dirhams for the person in charge of private places, who allowed their introduction or organization.

The Public Prosecution affirmed its keenness to enhance community awareness of the violations of the preventive measures, which constitute a catalyst and a basic support for enhancing the commitment of community members to these procedures, especially since all violations issued by the decision of the State Attorney General are important and have been formulated to limit the spread of the Corona virus.
