The prosecution warns of repairing vehicles on the road
Repairing vehicles on the road will be charged 500 dirhams.

The Federal Public Prosecution warned, through its official Twitter account, against repairing idle vehicles on the road, stressing that it is not permitted to park or place any mechanical vehicle, or any part of it, or any mechanical machinery on any road or on any sidewalk, with the intention Repair it unless the repair is a temporary repair that does not lead to obstruction or traffic safety, according to Article No. 42 of Federal Law No. 21 of 1995 regarding traffic and traffic amended by Federal Law No. 12 of 2007.
It is worth noting that the Ministry of Interior has set the value of the violation at 500 dirhams, in the event that vehicles are not moved outside the road, in minor traffic accidents, or traffic is obstructed in any way, according to Ministerial Resolution No. (178) of 2017.
