China News Agency, Kathmandu, October 19 (Reporter Zhang Chenyi) Nepal's National Disaster Reduction Administration released data on the 18th that since April this year, 444 people have been killed and 101 people have disappeared due to various natural disasters.

  During the same period, natural disasters such as floods, landslides, and lightning strikes accompanying the rainy season also caused 739 injuries.

On September 13, local time, a landslide occurred in the city of Baharabiz in Sindhupalchok, about 90 kilometers northeast of Kathmandu.

  Anil, CEO of the National Disaster Reduction Administration of Nigeria, said that various landslide disasters have caused the most deaths and property losses.

"This year, landslides caused 295 deaths, 1755 deaths of livestock and 820 million rupees (approximately 47 million yuan) in property losses."

  In addition, a total of 65 people died from lightning strikes, 42 people died from floods, 21 people died from snake bites, 11 people died from large wild animal attacks, and 10 people died from fires.

  At present, the entire territory of Nepal has entered the dry season, and the incidence of the above-mentioned disasters will be greatly reduced.
