The impact of the work should be less important during the holidays and at the time of the curfew.

Over the next few weeks, various projects underway on the TCL network will disrupt the habits of certain users in Lyon.

Since Saturday and until Sunday 1 November inclusive, the Fourvière funicular has been at a standstill, due to "compulsory annual maintenance work to ensure the conformity of the tracks, the tunnel as well as the braking systems", indicates Keolis Lyon, operator of the TCL network.

During this work, access to Fourvière is possible by the Saint-Just funicular then by a relay bus which runs between Saint-Just and Fourvière, every day, from 5:50 am to 10 pm.

Metro A stops earlier this Monday

Major work in progress for several months already, the automation of line B of the metro will continue in October, with an impact on line A as well.

This Monday evening and Tuesday, October 27, the metro will stop earlier in the evening, between 9 p.m. and 9:20 p.m. depending on the direction of traffic.

Until the end of the service, shuttles will serve the stations between Vaulx-en-Velin La Soie and Charpennes, with a frequency of 10 minutes.

On line B, regularly disrupted by these works, traffic will stop earlier also in the evening from Monday to Thursday inclusive, throughout the month of October.

Here again, Keolis has set up relay buses to provide service to stations on the line, every ten minutes, until the network closes.
