In St. Petersburg, four children were injured in an overturned minibus

"There are five victims, four of them are children, one is an adult," TASS quoted the press service of the city ambulance station as saying.

The press service of the UGIBDD in the region clarified that the minibus collided with a Skoda car.

The accident happened at about 16:45 Moscow time at the intersection of Kupchinskaya and Malaya Balkanskaya streets.

First aid is provided to the injured.

Earlier in St. Petersburg detained suspects in the commission of fictitious accidents.
