According to the report written after the inspection, the inspectors were able to establish that it was crowded between the guests inside the room.

The rule of table service was not followed - instead, several of the nightclub guests got up and ate and drank together, even those who did not seem to be part of the same company.

The shortcomings were considered so serious that the nightclub was now forced to close for the time being.

People are warned during inspections

According to Monika Gerdhem, the Environmental Administration has received several tips from the public regarding restaurants - but not R & D - which state that guests are encouraged to behave when an inspection takes place, but otherwise the attitude to the guidelines to avoid the spread of infection is more loose.

- People are warned when inspectors come, in the style of "sit down until everything is green again", says Monika Gerdhem to SVT News.

- It seems that some do not take this seriously at all, which is not good.

Deficiencies in several places

Although Fou has not been mentioned among those tips, the report states that one of the shortcomings found by the inspectors was that the staff allowed guests to stand and drink and that "the order is not maintained based on the routine of separating parties."

Only when it became clear that it was an unannounced inspection did the guards begin to disperse the congestion, according to Gerdhem.

Another club, Bergmans, showed several shortcomings in an inspection that evening.

Among other things, there was a lot of crowding in the entrance queue, and even here guests were allowed to get up and drink despite the requirement for table service.

However, the shortcomings of Bergmans were not considered so serious that a closure came up.

SVT Nyheter is looking for people in charge at the nightclub Fou.

To SvD, CEO Tajinder Singh states that they take the Environmental Administration's decision seriously and have already submitted a report on further improvement measures.
