Atlético Madrid won Saturday 2-0 on Celta Vigo's lawn thanks in particular to a goal from Luis Suarez, his 150th in 195 La Liga games, on Matchday 6 of the Spanish league.

Associated for the first time with Diego Costa on the attacking front, the Uruguayan Luis Suarez, on a left-footed shot early in the match (6th), scored his third goal of the season in his new Colchoneros jersey .

"We try to adapt to each other, even though we've never played together before," said the former FC Barcelona striker.

Injured in a leg at the start of the second half, Diego Costa was however forced to leave his new friend in the attack prematurely.

It is highly likely that the Spanish striker (32) will not be part of the trip to Munich on Wednesday for the Champions League opener against Bayern.

In stoppage time, Yannick Carrasco, with a header, weighed down the mark and scored his first goal of the season.

Arrived on loan from Arsenal, midfielder Lucas Torreira made his debut with the Madrid club, who remained in two consecutive draws without a goal or flavor (0-0).

Zinédine Zidane's men got off to a bad start at home against Cadiz on Saturday, trailing 1-0 at halftime.

FC Barcelona plays him Saturday night in Getafe.

Earlier in the afternoon, Sevilla lost to Granada (1-0).
