The World Wide Fund for Nature WWF awards prizes every year.

This year, Anders Wirdheim, who for many years worked to spread information about his great interest in birds, and Moa Pettersson, who works at the County Administrative Board in Halland as a biologist and is one of the initiators behind Biological Diversity Day, are nominated in the category "biological diversity".

The winner will be announced on October 23.

In the clip above, they tell more about what the nominations mean to them, and why it is important to award a prize to this year's environmental hero.
