The Minister of State for Governmental Development and the Future, Ohoud Bint Khalfan Al-Roumi, approved the results of the virtual management team for proactive services in the Ministry of "The Impossible", which included the development of the "My Family" platform, which includes 12 pre-requisite services to facilitate transactions related to family life, and the development of the platform " Bashr »which includes 14 proactive services to facilitate the establishment and conduct of business, and enhance the investment environment, in addition to developing a group of individual services« before ordering », to facilitate the lives of citizens, such as automatic renewal of passports and citizens' identity cards.
The virtual management of proactive services aims to provide an innovative model that reflects the leadership and excellence of the government work system in the UAE by providing proactive services and enhancing its sustainability, based on the aspirations of customers, to complete their transactions easily, easily and quickly.
Al-Roumi emphasized that government work in the UAE adopts flexible mechanisms, and creates distinguished services before ordering, facilitating people's lives, and supporting national efforts in preparation for the next 50 years.
“My Family” - the first proactive government services platform of its kind in the world that has been fully designed and implemented in the management of proactive services - aims to provide family services in a proactive manner, in order to facilitate the establishment of their families, support sound parenting, and guarantee the care that children need.
The package includes 12 joint proactive services between 10 government agencies.
The package provided by "My Family" includes four stages: marriage and establishing a family, pregnancy, childbirth, and child development.
“Bashr” is a government platform that provides services for establishing and doing business, with the aim of enhancing the investment environment.
It includes 14 proactive services, with the participation of 18 government agencies through 58 system connections, and the participation of 20 sub-working groups.
The individual services launched by the Proactive Services Department include activating the Masarra card, which provides benefits and discounts to its holders when the citizen reaches the age of 60 years, without the need to review or apply, and proactively renew the citizens ’passport, with the delivery of the new passport, and the card renewal service Digital identity for citizens proactively, while communicating the new identity.
