October 16, 2020 The Assize Court of Appeal confirmed the life sentence for Innocent Oseghale: it was he who killed 18-year-old Pamela Mastropietro on January 30, 2018.



The sentence was read by the president Giovanni Trerè, after about 5 hours in a council chamber. While he was escorted out of the classroom, the Nigerian drug dealer shouted: "This is not justice, I didn't kill it", also addressing Pamela's mother, Alessandra Verni, who replied.
