"The working group on the preparation of amendments to the Constitution will meet at its meeting on Friday to consider a package of presidential laws on the government, the Constitutional Court and the Prosecutor's Office before the second reading in the State Duma," he said.
Earlier, Russian President Vladimir Putin submitted to the State Duma a bill on the status, structure and powers of the State Council of Russia.
State Duma Speaker Vyacheslav Volodin said that the State Duma will consider the draft law on the State Council of Russia as a priority.
