A few days ago, the State Council Security Committee decided to implement listing supervision for the investigation and handling of the accident.
The State Council Safety Committee requires the Chongqing Municipal Government to organize relevant departments to fully support and cooperate with the Chongqing Coal Mine Safety Supervision Bureau in carrying out accident investigations in accordance with relevant laws and regulations, and to put forward handling opinions in strict accordance with the time limit.
The State Coal Supervision Bureau has dispatched personnel to the scene to guide and supervise.
The accident investigation report was reviewed and approved by the Chongqing Municipal Safety Committee and submitted to the Office of the State Council Safety Committee for review and approval in a document of the Municipal Safety Committee, and the case was closed according to procedures and announced to the public.
