This is the fine to which the Tarbes correctional court sentenced a man who wanted to have his hair cut at 11:50 p.m. in July 2019 in Lourdes, reports

Of course, the hairdressing salon was no longer officiating at this late hour.

But in addition the accused, drunk, had rebelled when leaving the scene.
