  ——Flights between Greece and Albania and northern Macedonia are still operated by Athens International Airport and are postponed to October 25.

  ——All passengers travelling to Greece from Bulgaria, Romania, Hungary, Poland, the Czech Republic, the UAE, Malta, Belgium, Spain, Albania and northern Macedonia are still required to provide a negative test certificate for COVID-19 when they arrive in Greece, and the test time is not More than 72 hours.

  Note: Passengers from the above-mentioned countries will be tested for virus sampling upon arrival.

  -The aviation directive banning non-EU citizens from entering Greece will be extended to October 25.

The exception is for citizens of the following 11 countries: Australia, Canada, Georgia, Japan, New Zealand, Rwanda, South Korea, Thailand, Tunisia, Uruguay and the United Arab Emirates.

  Note: Passengers from the above-mentioned countries will be tested for the virus after arriving in Greece.

  -The aviation directive for Israeli passengers has been extended to October 25.

According to the directive, all passengers entering Greece from Israel must submit a negative test result for the new coronavirus pneumonia, and the test time should not exceed 72 hours.

Only 5,000 people are allowed to enter through any airport in Greece every week.

  Note: Passengers from the above countries will be tested for the virus upon arrival in Greece.

  -The aviation directive for permanent residents of Russia is valid until October 25.

According to the directive, all Russian permanent residents entering Greece are required to provide a certificate of negative test for the new crown virus and be tested again after arriving in Greece.

  Only 500 people are allowed to enter Greece every week via Russian flights to Athens, Thessaloniki and Iraklian airports.

  ——All passengers arriving in Greece must fill out the Passenger Positioning Form (PLF) at least one day before arrival. The information provided will include their departure airport, entry address and expected time of stay in Greece.

  The Greek Civil Aviation Authority once again emphasized that before accepting passengers for boarding, airlines must check:

  -PLF confirmation form (mandatory travel document) submitted at least one day before the flight departure.

  ——Passenger's QR code and its PLF form must correspond one to one.
