However, this was not the first time the police had to deal with Brutus.

At the end of August, another intimidation attempt was carried out.

When it is judged that Brutus has become too close and poses a danger to people, he ends up at the police table.

That's what happened last Monday.

- We judged that he would be intimidated.

During the actual scare, he showed no aggression, says Martin Trostemo, game coordinator at the police in Jämtland.

How do you scare him?

- There are a number of people who try to drive him away from the place.

The police are keeping an eye on him

Martin Trostemo says that the police continuously make assessments of whether Brutus is a danger or not.

- If he has been close on one occasion, we must check if he continues to be so.

Is there a risk that you will be forced to kill him?

- We want in every way to find another more satisfactory solution.

But a last resort is that we, with the support of legislation, are forced to kill him.

What could trigger such a decision?

- If someone is injured by him, or that there is a great risk of it, says Martin Trostemo at the police.
