  • Monarchy. The PSOE barons ask to get King Felipe VI out of the "political mud"

  • Interior: Pérez de los Cobos' dismissal order reveals that Grande-Marlaska lied in Congress and the Senate

The Congress of Deputies will reject this Thursday the disapproval motions presented by the PP and Ciudadanos against the second vice president of the Government, Pablo Iglesias, and against the Interior Minister, Fernando Grande-Marlaska, respectively.

Precisely, this Wednesday they have been debated in the Lower House without the presence of either of the two affected members of the Government.

The first is to be reproached for being the "main instigator" of the attacks on the Crown and promoter of "institutional degradation."

To the second, for the purge in the dome of the Civil Guard.

Neither will succeed because the parties that support the government and United can't- -PSOE have the support of nationalists, separatists and

nationalists

.

The PP has charged against Iglesias and also against the Minister of Consumption, Alberto Garzón, for whom they ask for the dismissal arguing their "lack of efficiency", their "inability" and their "totalitarian aroma".

Popular

Deputy

Guillermo Mariscal

has defended the motion accusing Iglesias of targeting the State Security Forces and Corps, threatening the judge who asks for his indictment, attacking the King and attacking the Judicial Power and the separation of powers.

Vox has defined Iglesias, through the mouth of his deputy

José María Sánchez

, as "unredeemed and confessed Bolshevik" and has accused him of crimes of "lesa patria" when he tries to promote actions against the Head of State.

UPN, like the PP, has also opted to question the socialist deputies who are silent in the face of the attack by the government's minority partner on the institutions.

PNV and BNG come out to defend Iglesias

The PNV has come out in defense of the Government, and Pablo Iglesias in particular, sheltering him under the umbrella of freedom of criticism and political opinion, just like the BNG.

His deputy has closed his speech declaring himself "neither Spanish nor monarchical."

Ciudadanos has shown that Spain is "the only country in Europe that has a government that attacks its head of state and pacts with nationalists for whom nothing is ever free."

The PNV spokesman in Congress, Aitor Esteban, this Wednesday, in the control session.

For his spokesman, Edmundo Bal, now with the coalition government what prevails is the "impudence" and the "outrage" of the Judiciary, the CIS, the Crown, the Constitution ... "We will not take a step back in their defense ", he stressed.

Marlaska and her "witch hunt"

Ciudadanos has also promoted the disapproval of the Minister of the Interior for the "witch hunt" that he promoted in the Civil Guard, dismissing Colonel

Diego Pérez de los Cobos

for not informing him of the investigations that were carried out in the Corps by judicial order in relation to with the manifestation of 8-M.

Cs maintains that the dismissals carried out by the minister had a political and not technical motive and that Marlaska asked his subordinates to break the law.

The

orange

party

has accused the socialist government of being "installed in lies."

Marlaska must be reproached in the opinion of Cs for putting the good name of the Civil Guard at risk, for naming similar positions by hand and for having lied in parliament and everything to achieve political profits.

Vox and the PP will join the disapproval, to which they add dozens of reasons, but it will not go ahead.

And it will not do so, not because Grande-Marlaska has the support of the majority of the Chamber, but because a good part of the minority forces, mainly nationalists and independentists, consider that the disapproval should be for other reasons and in no case are they willing also, to support any initiative that comes from the

orange

party

.
