Reports of barbaric acts against animals continue.

This time they lead in Meurthe-et-Moselle, about fifteen kilometers from Pont-à-Mousson.

A farmer from Viéville-en-Haye discovered one of his cows savagely slaughtered on Monday evening, reports

.

"The skin of the heifer who was going to give birth was lying on the ground, the severed head placed on it, the four legs also severed, the belly intact with the calf remained in its envelope," he detailed in the regional daily. 

The culprits also allegedly took 250 kg of meat from the animal.

The breeder lodged a complaint with the Thiaucourt gendarmerie.
