According to the statistical analysis of the recruitment of departments by China Public Education, the recruitment of taxation, fire protection system, customs, railway public security, maritime affairs bureau, banking and insurance regulatory commission, immigration border inspection station, statistics bureau, meteorological bureau, water conservancy system, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and Audit Office , Civil Aviation System, Yangtze River Shipping Public Security Bureau, China Securities Regulatory Commission and other 15 major departments (systems) recruited 24,000 people, accounting for 95% of the total recruits.

Municipal (prefectural) level and below directly affiliated institutions mainly recruit fresh graduates from colleges and universities.
The municipal (prefecture) level and below directly affiliated institutions (including units managed with reference to the Civil Service Law) set up a 10%-15% plan for recruiting college student village officials who have expired and passed the assessment, the "three supports and one support" plan, The "Special Post Program for School Teachers in Rural Compulsory Education", "University Student Volunteer Service in the West Program" and other services for grassroots project personnel and retired soldiers who have served in the military for more than 5 years (including) college graduates.
Directly affiliated institutions at the county (district) level and below (including units managed with reference to the Civil Service Law) located in difficult and remote areas, in accordance with the requirements of the "Opinions on Doing a Good Job in the Examination and Recruitment of Basic-level Civil Servants in Hard and Remote Areas", adopt lower academic requirements and relax professional Measures such as conditions, unlimited working years and experience, and separate written examination passing scores, appropriately lower the entry threshold, and promote the work force to tilt toward the front line of the grassroots and difficult and remote areas.
If the recruiting position clearly requires basic-level work experience, applicants must have corresponding basic-level work experience.
