"Will lead to a delay in the investigation": the employees of the colony were not interrogated in the case of the "groom from the Treasury"

Anar Nariman oglu Isaev, born in 1983, was released from prison a year ago.

And, as follows from the materials of the new criminal case, he continued to do this while in the colony.

The episodes detailed in the RT publication refer to the summer and fall of last year.

At the end of September 2019, Isaev was released from prison, but was soon arrested.

He was charged with extortion and large-scale fraud.

Isaev is suspected of introducing himself as "the head of the RF Treasury" and telling an incredible story about a secret organization of financiers, which you can join only by confirming your worth.

The victims are young women of 27-35 years old, most of them are doctors or nurses, many have recently moved to work in Moscow from the regions.

Why Isaev chose the doctors is not completely clear.

Probably, banks are more willing to issue large loans to employees of budgetary organizations with not the lowest (60-100 thousand rubles) and stable salaries.

During the investigation, it turned out that at least nine victims (that is how many women filed statements against Isaev; he himself admitted guilt) transferred money to the attacker.

One of the women, when she realized what had happened, almost committed suicide - the total amount of her debt to ten banks was about 15 million rubles.

Isaev told the investigation that by the time of the arrest he had spent the money "on personal needs" and "distributed to those in need."

Where the funds actually went, as follows from the case materials, "it was not possible to establish."

"No reaction from the investigation"

The case will be considered by the Ostankino District Court of Moscow.

Isaev is being held in the capital's pre-trial detention center # 4.

According to the lawyer of one of the victims, Fyodor Bogatyryov, even while behind bars, the attacker can “work” with the help of SIM cards illegally obtained through his defender.

“The criminal case contains materials of telephone conversations between Isaev from the pre-trial detention center and a person who has repeatedly supplied him with SIM cards to places of detention.

"Count it up, bro, they accepted me again," Isaev tells his interlocutor.

This is on the tenth day after the arrest.

And he asks to transfer five SIM cards through mom: “Mom will give it to a lawyer, and she will bring it to me.

Yes, pass one more.

Materials in the criminal case, no reaction from the investigation, ”lawyer Bogatyryov told RT.

According to the lawyer, there is not a word in the Isaev case about the possible participation of the FSIN officers who allowed the prisoner to use the means of communication.

But the defense attorney is convinced that it is impossible to conduct long-term cell phone calls without the knowledge of the prison administration.

They also spent a lot of time on telephone conversations with other victims.

The foregoing testifies to the fact that in his criminal actions he clearly enjoyed the support of the administration of PKU IK-18 of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia in the Republic of Mordovia (IK-18), where he was serving a sentence under a court sentence for similar actions of which he is currently accused.

The defense of the injured party demanded to interrogate the employees of IK-18, in which Isaev was serving his sentence.

But the investigation refused.

Motivation: "This will lead to an unreasonable delay in the investigation."

The prosecutor's office ignored this fact, emphasizes lawyer Bogatyryov.

There is a funny detail in Isayev's confession.

“I installed a program on this phone to suppress signals so that the employees of the correctional facility could not track and find my phone,” the accused told the investigator.

There is software to encrypt the signal, but it is impossible to “silence” the signal.

According to lawyer Fyodor Bogatyrev, Isaev himself knows this too - he just in such a strange way tries to shield those who could help him engage in illegal activities.

The defender believes that people like Isaev are the dream of corrupt employees of the colonies.

“When he brings 15 million rubles in a week, they just set up a call-center for him - sit there, earn money,” the lawyer says.

In his opinion, it is much safer for a swindler to "work" from the zone, because even if the investigator writes out a search warrant, the colony authorities will simply not let the police into the zone.

As RT was told in the press service of the FSIN, an official check was carried out in IK-18.

The violations were confirmed.

Six employees of the institution, including managers, were brought to disciplinary responsibility.

At the same time, the violations revealed resulted in the infliction of major damage - and this is already the composition of Art.

293 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (negligence).

"As for criminal liability, this is a matter of the investigation," the FSIN explained to RT.

Isaev spent about five years in IK-18.

And a new criminal case was opened only after he was released, as follows from the materials of the criminal case, against the background of “work” with the last victims.

It is not known how many victims the accused could have deceived when he was "working" from the colony.

The press service of the Federal Penitentiary Service did not comment on information about the possible use of communication means in the pre-trial detention center.

However, they promised that after RT's request, Isaev would be placed under special control.
