For some time now, acts of violence have been increasing in the Petite-Hollande district in Montbéliard.

The latest, and which surprised the police who did not expect that one morning at 9:30 am, mortar fire during a search, reports

Four police officers who searched a garage were indeed attacked by a handful of individuals, before the latter used fireworks mortars.

The attackers fled with the rapid arrival of reinforcements on the scene.

Fortunately, our colleagues specify, the officials were not injured.

They were even able to resume the search of the garage, in connection with the violence of recent days.
