Russia announces successful tests for a Corona virus vaccine

The head of the Russian Fund for Direct Investments, Kirill Dmitriev, announced the success of tests for the Russian "Sputnik-V" vaccine against the mosque Coronavirus (Covid-19).

Dmitriev said in an interview with "Russia 24": "More than 12 thousand people have been vaccinated in Russia. The results are very good, there is a very good level of antibodies produced by our vaccine, and therefore of course, clinical trials in Russia are going well."

Earlier, the head of the "Jamali" center, Alexander Gonsburg, told "Sputnik" that among the two thousand volunteers who received the "Sputnik-V" vaccine, there were no new infections with the Corona virus.

According to Sputnik, more than 50 countries are showing interest in the Russian vaccine against the Corona virus, "Sputnik - V".

The Russian Ministry of Health had registered the first vaccine in the world to prevent "Covid-19", which was developed by experts of the Jamali Epidemiology and Microbiology Research Center, and was produced jointly with the Russian Fund for Direct Investments.

Dmitriev indicated that Russia will share the test results with other countries.
