An eyewitness said that he was inside a chapel in the area of ​​Ras Al-Khor, and he saw the accused hiding under the stairs of one of the buildings, then he saw the victim heading towards him, and a conversation between them quickly developed into a verbal altercation and shoved with hands, and slapped each other, then they exchanged beating with sticks. People gathered and tried to break the quarrel and remove a knife that the accused had in possession, but they could not, and he later saw him hide it on the edge of one of the old air conditioners.

The witness added that he went to inspect what was happening, and saw the victim bleeding profusely, so he asked him what had happened, and told him that the accused stabbed him with a knife, pointing out that he took the initiative to take off his shirt and put it on the wound, trying to stop the flow of blood that was bleeding profusely, until the police patrol and ambulance arrived, and informed the police officers They arrested the suspect, who was arrested by the security guards, while the victim received first aid and was taken to hospital and underwent urgent surgery.

For his part, the accused admitted in the Public Prosecution investigations that he used a knife to stab the victim as a result of differences between them, and tried to hide it later before he was arrested, and charged him with committing the felony of attempted murder, and the prosecution decided to refer the accused to the criminal court in Dubai to start his trial.
