The head of the republic, Ramzan Kadyrov, said that the militants liquidated in Grozny were planning terrorist attacks in Chechnya.

“They planned a series of terrorist attacks on the territory of the region.

Bortnikov also spoke about the effectiveness of the fight against militants.
