Since the deconfinement, some revelers do not hesitate to defy the ban and to organize underground parties.

Our reporter attended one of them, which brought together nearly 300 people under the bridge of a motorway in the Paris region.

REPORTAGE

They already existed but they have sparked controversy since the deconfinement: free parties, raves or even parties, these techno evenings in the open air or in hangars, the location of which is only revealed a few minutes before.

While bars and nightclubs remain closed, these wild gatherings are closely monitored by law enforcement.

Several of these clandestine parties were stopped and the sound equipment seized.

But some still resist.

Nearly 300 people, for example, gathered this Saturday in Rosny-sur-Seine, between Rouen and Paris, in the Yvelines.

Europe 1 was there.

A real journey to arrive under a highway bridge

"It is sure that it is on the right, it is sure and certain".

To find the exact location of the evening, you have to keep one eye on the GPS, and the other on the torches waved in the distance by the gendarmes who cordoned off the area.

If some of them approach, then you have to bypass and pass through the field.

"We walk until we find the party. It's been about an hour, and there we hear the sound. It's getting better", rejoice the revelers.

A few more steps in the forest, guided by these muffled beats, and it's time to get under a bridge on the A13 motorway.

Few masks, little social distancing

In the crowd of regulars, Vincent is one of those newcomers in need of Parisian evenings.

"I need to party because I feel like I'm working with a mask, shopping with a mask, going out on the streets with a mask, at some point, that's when Can I breathe? ”he asks.

There are few masks on the faces and little social distancing in front of the stage.

"We are allowed to go on transport but we do not allow a party in the middle of the forest where there is air", denounces another party animal.

Party-goers don't hesitate to brave the rain and the cold.

"We need to get away, we want to go out and enjoy"

The cold, the rain, the mud, nothing got the better of Erwan's determination.

"That all the young people get slapped on the fingers, that they cancel our parties, that they close the bars and the restaurants, it is still heavy! We need to get away, especially during this period! was locked up for six months, we want to go out and enjoy, "he justifies himself.

More than 1,000 people were registered for the event on social networks.

About 300 reached their goal, the others were confused by the gendarmes.

The participants dispersed in the morning.
