In 2018, two staff at an alternative school in North Carolina, USA, pressed a boy to stop moving.

She was a 7-year-old child with autism, but when she spit on the floor, staff reported to the police and held the child.

The police dispatched the child's arm to lie down and immediately put the handcuffs in hand.

[Police: Don't move. If you spit on me, you will put on a hood.]

Ask the child if he has ever been arrested.

[Police: Little boy, if you didn't know the juvenile justice system until now, you'll soon find out. Have you ever been arrested before you? It will be so soon.] The

unbearable child cries and begs the police to go.

When the mother arrived 30 minutes later, the police released the child's handcuffs.

[Police: The child will be charged with assault, etc.]

The mother was angry when she saw the child in handcuffs.

[Child mother: I was so angry and upset. And I was shocked. My child has severe separation anxiety.] The

mother filed a lawsuit against the police officer, city authorities, and school district, claiming that the police had tortured her child.

[Child's mother: The school staff and the police talked about an approaching hurricane while torture my child. And we talked about soccer.]

[Alex Heroy/Attorney: School, the role of the police is to keep students and teachers safe." It is inexplicable to harm a student for very little reasons.] After

this incident, the child dropped out, and the mother had to quit her job for home school.
