Saif bin Zayed reviews the outputs of the "Behavioral Rewards Department"

Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior, held a "remote" meeting for the Behavioral Rewards Management Team at the Ministry of the Impossible.

His Highness was briefed on the efforts to implement the National Strategy for Behavioral Rewards, the initiatives implemented, and future plans aimed at motivating and adopting positive behavior, in a way that contributes to improving the quality of life of community members and achieving happiness for them.

His Highness affirmed that the UAE is investing in the future and able and qualified people, and has worked to provide everything that would improve society and its members at all levels of society.

He said, “The behavioral rewards department in the Ministry of the Impossible comes within the initiatives of the UAE government, and in translation for that we launched the (National Program for Behavioral Rewards - Fazaa), which is summarized in providing rewards for positive behavior, investing positive energies in society and employing them in an institutional framework, which includes several initiatives targeting axes. The main five related to society, which are: healthy nutrition, healthy living, volunteer work, commitment to laws and legislations, and knowledge and empowerment economy.

His Highness indicated that the program had launched several initiatives, including the "Diploma in Virtual Behavioral Economics", which is the first training program for behavioral economics, in cooperation with the most prestigious universities and international scientific institutions, and the membership initiative of "Fazaa for Entrepreneurs and the Private Sector", by granting the Fazaa Silver Card for free to citizens. Private sector workers and entrepreneurs, to take advantage of the benefits provided by “Fazaa” to them with the aim of encouraging citizens working in the private sector, improving the indicators of Emiratization in the sector, and the “Healthy Food Basket” initiative that aims to stimulate and encourage healthy nutritional behavior among community members by introducing products Food of high value, and community awareness of the benefits of adopting a lifestyle that ensures a healthy balance. The basket consists of 15 healthy food products that meet the needs of a family of two people for a month. They can be obtained through Fazaa stores, or via its website (www.fazaa. ae)
