Bushra Karboubi entered the history of Moroccan football, as the first woman to manage a tournament match between "Morocco of Tetouan" and "Olympique de Khouribga" on Saturday, within the framework of the last round of the Moroccan Football League.

Karboubi, 32, won the international badge in 2016, and she is one of the African referees nominated to run the next FIFA Women's World Cup in 2023.

A video was posted on Twitter, showing footage from Karboubi's management of the match, which ended with Morocco's victory over Olympic Khouribga 2-1.
