A chain reaction was successfully launched at the BelNPP power unit

“In accordance with the BelNPP construction schedule, a chain reaction was successfully launched at the first power unit, the reactor plant was brought to the minimum controlled power level.

Thus, the beginning of the life cycle of the reactor has been laid, ”the ministry said.

Earlier in Belarus, the last high-voltage power transmission line (PTL) was put into operation, connecting the BelNPP with the country's energy system.
