75% of students who choose hybrid education are attending their studies today, amid precautionary measures and preventive measures taken by school administrations, after conducting "Covid-19" tests for students over the age of 12 years.

The Sharjah Special Education Authority pointed out that its field teams are working to follow up the implementation of precautionary measures in private schools in the emirate, starting from sterilization stations, to reducing the capacity in classrooms, and installing floor stickers to maintain physical distancing, in order to ensure a safe educational experience. And to ensure compliance with the procedures that must be followed, including conducting a "Covid-19" examination for students, teachers and school personnel.

She emphasized that it obligated private schools to take precautionary measures in the event that a sick student came to them, or if he felt ill, or had any symptoms related to the "Covid-19" virus, the most important of which was not allowing him to enter the bus or school, isolating him, and sending him to the school clinic in case He developed symptoms during school hours.

It also requested the guardian to take the student out of the school as soon as possible after receiving the notification from the medical team, and to call an ambulance in the event that the student’s condition is not healthy.

The authority emphasized the necessity for the student to stay at home when feeling sick or with one of its symptoms (high temperature, dry cough, sore throat, runny nose, diarrhea and vomiting, headache, rash, and chest pain) or if he had contact with an infected person, as it is considered the best thing that can be done. To limit the spread of the virus, stay home.

It indicated that the student can return to school after completing 14 days in quarantine.
