“This is the resolution of a court case of extreme gravity through remarkable work and painstaking work.

A 26-year-old Nantes man was arrested Tuesday morning and was indicted on Thursday, explained Pierre Sennès, the Nantes public prosecutor, for manslaughter, unintentional injuries and hit and run.
