The Government is preparing to meet tomorrow the Council of Ministers in an extraordinary way and decree the state of alarm in Madrid.
Sources from the Executive and the PSOE confirm this intention to this newspaper, after the Superior Court of Justice of Madrid today overturned the measures imposed by the Minister of Health in the Community.
The same sources indicate that the Ministry has requested two meetings today to the president of the Community of Madrid, Isabel Díaz Ayuso, and that these "have not materialized."
