Back to school difficult for the executive couple.

The confidence rating in Emmanuel Macron has fallen by three points in one month to 32%, while that of Prime Minister Jean Castex loses four points to 28%, according to an Elabe poll for

This is the second consecutive decline for the executive couple, while Jean Castex won the confidence of 43% of respondents when he was appointed to Matignon in July.

Edouard Philippe and Roselyne Bachelot are doing better

The ranking of political figures also confirms the former Prime Minister, Edouard Philippe, whose image is considered positive by 55% of respondents (+1 point), and who retains the first place.

He is followed by Roselyne Bachelot (45%, -3 points) and Nicolas Hulot (44%, -2 points).

Poll carried out on the Internet on October 6 and 7 with a representative sample of 1,000 people, using the quota method.
