“The law is aimed at implementing the order of the head of state to establish strict liability for provocative actions of officials carrying out operational-search activities or pre-trial investigation.
The law establishes a complete ban on gifts, material rewards and the provision of services to civil servants and members of their families for actions in favor of the donor, ”the message says.
In accordance with the document, anti-corruption legislation is extended to persons who make key decisions in the subjects of the quasi-public sector on the procurement and implementation of projects financed from the state budget.
Earlier, the President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Zhomart Tokayev ordered to reduce the state apparatus of the country by 10% by the end of the year.
