The snake was coming out of a bathroom vent when it was discovered by the owners of the home where it had just taken up residence.

On Tuesday, the town hall of Craponne, near Lyon, called for witnesses to find the owner (s) of a royal python captured by firefighters in an apartment located 25 avenue Edouard Millaud on September 19.

The python was taken care of by the firefighters and transported to the Meyzieu fire and rescue center, specializing in the reception of exotic species.

To find its owner, the town hall of Craponne posted a message on its social networks, inviting the person concerned to make themselves known to the email address infomairie@mairie-craponne.fr.
