  The editor-in-chief of the book, former Chilean ambassador to China, and director of the Center for Latin American China Studies at the University of Chile’s Andres Bello, Fernando Reyes Mata, said that this is the first time that scholars from Latin America have worked together across the border to write thoughts on the new crown epidemic.
