The main objective of the "Dubai Building Code" is to reduce the cost of construction for citizens and investors, in order to push towards reducing their financial burdens, by facilitating requirements and making them more flexible.

The "Dubai Building Code" is considered as a set of comprehensive design requirements for all types of buildings.
