German Foreign Minister Jean-Yves Le Drian and French Foreign Minister Jean-Yves Le Drian issued a joint statement on the 7th, pointing out that Russia has repeatedly asked Russia to explain the case, but so far there is no credible explanation.

He then criticized, "I can only think that Russia is involved and responsible."

Regarding Mr. Navalny's case, the OPCW = Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons in the Netherlands announced on the 6th that it detected the same type of substance as Novichok as a result of analyzing samples such as Mr. Navalny's blood provided by Germany.
