A 16-year-old teenager was indicted in Seine-Maritime for apologizing for terrorism and death threats.

The student was educated at the high school of Bruyères in Sotteville-lès-Rouen, revealed 76 Actu Tuesday.

He was arrested on September 22 by the police.

The previous day, relatives had sounded the alert and contacted the authorities.

According to their daughters, the high school student had made "the apology of war crimes" in front of them, specifies a source at the local news site.

The youngster does not deny the facts

The boy, known in high school as being “disturbed”, would have even indicated his willingness to “do like Daesh, with a weapon”.

He is said to come from a non-practicing Muslim family described by witnesses as "well established".

After his arrest, the minor was taken into police custody.

Questioned by the police of the departmental security, he admitted having made these words.

According to the public prosecutor, the high school student was brought before a children's judge.

He is now on probationary probation.

The teenager will be followed by an educator from the educational service at the court (SEAT) until his judgment.
